Registration

Your registration for the event constitutes an order. Registration is not confirmed until payment is received.

Confirmation of registration will be sent to you by e-mail. Registration confirmation should be brought to the event to confirm your right to attend the event.

A registration form should be completed by every event participant.

The registration fee does not include accommodation or travel.

Payment

All events are priced in euros.

For payment by credit card, your registration will be confirmed as soon as we received confirmation from our payment provider that your payment has been processed.

If you have chosen to pay by invoice, you should ensure that payment is made within 14 days. Late payments will be subject to additional fees.

Discounts

Registrations made during a reduced fare period (e.g. subject to an early registration discount) must be fully paid within 14 days of the end of this period to qualify for the discount.

When offered, an academic discount is available to registrants whose primary affiliation is with a publicly-funded university or other educational establishment. Proof of eligibility may be required.

Cancellation

Should you wish to cancel your registration, you may do so until 1st September 2008 for a handling fee of €100. No refunds will be offered for cancellations which occur after this date.

It is possible to transfer your registration to another person (subject to qualification for that fare category). The event organisers must be informed of this change before the event takes place.
