Bob Carr

Dr Bob Carr is the founder and Chief Technical Officer of NanoSight Ltd. With a BSc and PhD in Applied Microbiology and 20 years experience at UK Research Facility at Porton Down, acting as Research Group Leader and Business Development Manager, Bob has acted as senior research scientist and Project Manager on many applications of laser light scattering to bio-particle analysis. Having formed own Company in 1996, which was bought out by NanoSight in 2003, Bob continues to apply his significant experience in microbiology, near-field optics, biosensor development, nano-technology etc. and has 100+ papers & presentations and 10+ patents.
