Miroslav Durana is a Vice president at Credit Suisse, where he is in charge of Thematic research, Sustainability themes, Index development and Quantitative strategies in the Thematic & Trading Research / Index Development team. Prior to joining Credit Suisse in 2005, he worked for Union Bancaire Privée and Lombard Odier Darier Hentsch as a financial analyst in equity and fixed-income asset classes and as a portfolio manager for balanced and fixed-income portfolios. Miroslav holds an MS and PhD in physics from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich and Lausanne, respectively, an MBA from HEC Lausanne and two patents in nanotechnology-related fields.
