Dr.-Ing. Frank Höller Born 1956. Diploma in Physics from Technical University of Berlin 1982. PhD in machine tooling from University of Stuttgart 1988. Since 1988 scientist at Carl Zeiss AG in Oberkochen in various leading positions. Since 2008 principal scientist in corporate research and technology. Main scientific fields of interest/work: Optical precision metrology mainly interferometry with sub nm precision, nanotechnology applications in optics, industrial metrology and space optics.
