Tian-Ling Ren
Prof. Tian-Ling Ren is director of Micro/Nano Devices and Systems Division of Institute of Microelectronics of Tsinghua University, Beijing, China. He got his Ph.D. in solid-state physics from Department of Modern Applied Physics, Tsinghua University in 1997. From 2003, he is full professor of Institute of Microelectronics of Tsinghua University. Currently, he is also Vice-Chair of IEEE Electron Device Society Beijing Chapter, and academic committee member of Chinese Institute of Electronics (CIE). His main research field is focused on novel micro/nano devices and systems, such as ferroelectric/piezoelectric films and devices, Magneto-electronic devices, nonvolatile memories, and MEMS. He has published more than 150 research papers.NTNE 2007
