Lorraine Rispal

Lorraine Rispal is writing her PhD at the Institute for Semiconductor Technology and Nanoelectronics of the Darmstadt University of Technology in Germany. Her current research interests focus on the production and integration of carbon nanotubes field-effect transistors (CNTFETs). The goal of that research work is to develop a novel CNT-CMOS hybrid technology in order to overcome the emerging scaling limits of advanced Nano-CMOS.
