Space Rental

The price for space rental is 150 EUR / m²
Space rental price includes stand space only. In addition, a registration fee of 350 EUR is charged.

Package Stands

Ready-made package stands include space rental, tile carpet, white partition walls and white fascia or aluminium profile system, basic lighting, one socket 16A/230V, electricity usage up to 3,6 kW, vacuum cleaning before the event opening, stand fitting and dismantling. Examples of stand package prices: 9 m² = 1826 EUR 15 m² = 2909 EUR 21 m² = 3969 EUR Registration fee and furniture are not included in the package stand price. VAT 22% will be added to the prices.

To purchase a stand, please use the registration form. After registration, exhibitors will get an access to an online system (Fairnet) that can be used to order furniture, stand decorations and other services. You can find out more about Finnexpo's fair services at their website.
