Each exhibitor receives a 50% dicount on four (4) full-price congress tickets. The congress tickets must be registered to four representatives of the same company / organization.

Members of co-organizer associations are entitled to 10% discount on congress tickets. Available by invitation of the co-organizer association only.

If you have received an invitation, to obtain the discount, please choose the "member" option in the online registration form and enter the name of the co-organizer association in the very last box of the form titled "Other Special Information".

Payment and confirmation:

All payments (registration fees, hotel deposits) should be made in advance in euros (EUR) when making the registration and reservations. When sending the registration online, you will receive instant confirmation of registration to your email. After receiving the congress payments, TAVI Congress Bureau will send you an official letter of confirmation by email. No confirmation will be sent before all the fees have been received.

Please note that all payments should be free of bank handling charges. Bank drafts as well as personal, travellers' or company cheques cannot be accepted.

Cancellation and refund policy:

Registration fee

If cancellation is received by 28 February 2006, the registration fee will be refunded except 50 € for handling fee. If cancellation is received between 1 March 2006 and 30 April 2006, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded. If cancellation is received after 30 April 2006, no refund will be made.

The congress ticket may be transferred to another person from the same organisation at any time.

Hotel deposit

If hotel reservation cancellation is received by 7 April 2006, the deposit will be refunded except 5 € for handling fee. If cancellation is received after 7 April 2006, no refund will be made.

There is no refund of registration or hotel deposit in the case of no-shows.

Kindly note that all cancellations and/or changes in registration and accommodation must be made in writing.

Accommodation:

TAVI Congress Bureau will take care of the hotel reservations for the delegates. Delegates should make their hotel reservations in advance on the registration form for Congress. To guarantee your hotel reservation, a deposit of one night’s room rate is required. The deposit should be paid together with the registration fee. The deposit will be deducted from your hotel bill when checking out. If you must cancel your reservation, please refer to the cancellation and refund policy.
