Registration:

You can register at the Helsinki Fair Centre, congress registration desk (by the main entrance), starting Tuesday 26 April 2005, at 8:00.

• Contribution to the poster session (author/coauthor in submitted abstract)

Payment and confirmation:

All payments (registration fees, hotel deposits) should be made in advance in euros (EUR) when making the registration and reservations. After receiving your registration form and payment, TAVI Congress Bureau will send you a letter of confirmation by email.

Payment options:

•  By credit card : Visa, MasterCard, and EuroCard are accepted. If you wish to pay by credit card, kindly fax your card information to TAVI Congress Bureau.

Please note that all payments should be free of bank handling charges. Bank drafts as well as personal, travellers' or company cheques cannot be accepted.

Cancellation and refund policy:

Registration fee

If cancellation is received by 28 February 2005 , the registration fee will be refunded except 50 € for handling fee. If cancellation is received between 1 March 2005 and 31 March 2005 , 50% of the registration fee will be refunded. If cancellation is received after 31 March 2005 , no refund will be made.

Hotel deposit

If hotel reservation cancellation is received by 11 April 2005 , the deposit will be refunded except 5 € for handling fee. If cancellation is received after 11 April 2005 , no refund will be made.

There is no refund of registration or hotel deposit in the case of no-shows. There is no extra fee if a delegate's cancelled registration is transferred to a colleague from the same organisation Kindly note that all cancellations and/or changes in registration and accommodation must be made in writing.

Accommodation:

TAVI Congress Bureau will take care of the hotel reservations for the delegates. Delegates should make their hotel reservations in advance on the registration form of the Congress. To guarantee your hotel reservation, a deposit of one night's room rate is required. The deposit should be paid together with the registration fee. The deposit will be deducted from your hotel bill when checking out. If you must cancel your reservation, please refer to the cancellation and refund policy.

All prices are per room per night, including breakfast and VAT.
