Registration information
Registration process
All participants have to be registered individually via the online registration system at shop.spinverse.com. Each registration constitutes a purchase. Upon submitting the registration, each registrant will receive an e-mail notification about their registration with details of their purchase number. Please check your e-mail filters to make sure you receive this notification and your final confirmation once payment has been received.
Registration to Nanotech Europe 2009 takes 5 simple steps:

Payment options
Credit card (MasterCard, Visa and Visa Electron)
- Your card is processed securely by Luottokunta using 128bit SSL encryption.
- Please make sure that online payments are allowed with your credit card.
- The payment process uses Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode for an added layer of protection.
- The paid invoice is sent via e-mail in PDF format within the following business day.
- This payment method is free of charge
Invoice
- The invoice is mailed to the paying organisation's address on the following business day.
- All registration payments must be paid in full (free of all bank charges) and in Euro, clearly stating the participants name and invoice reference number.
- The invoice will include a reference number. Please make sure to include the invoice reference number in the payment details. Payments without the reference number can not be identified.
- The cost of this payment method is 10 Euros (incl. VAT 19%)
Confirmation of registration
Upon receipt of correct registration payment, each participant will receive a registration confirmation via e-mail. Please check your e-mail filters to make sure you receive the confirmation. Please bring this confirmation to the event registration desk as proof of your registration.

Invitation letters for visa application
Delegates requiring visas should request a visa invitation letter from the Lead Organiser (conferences@spinverse.com) at the time of payment of registration fee, ensuring sufficient time is left for applications to be completed. Delegates are responsible for providing the correct details for the invitation letter. Please note: payment has to be received by the Lead Organiser before the visa invitation letter can be issued. Delegates are responsible for contacting the relevant/appropriate embassy themselves. The Lead Organiser can do nothing further to assist in this process.
