First confirmed speakers announced

Nanotech Northern Europe yet again brings together the most exciting academic and business speakers in the global nanotechnology community.

One of the speakers is Nobel Laureate in Physics (2000), Professor Zhores Alferov seen on the picture on the left. His outstanding contributions to physics and technology of III-V semiconductor heterostructures, especially injection properties, development of lasers, solar cells, LED's, epitaxy processes have been led to the creation of modern Heterostructure Physics and Electronics.
