Exhibitor information
Floor Plan
The exhibition is arranged in the central exhibition hall of Bella Center in the immediate vicinity of the conference rooms and delegate lunch area. Our exhibitors also have the opportunity to make new contacts by participating in the conference sessions, tech transfer and networking events. The parallel BioTech Forum and ScanLab exhibitions are located in Hall C.

Exhibitor Fees
The exhibition sales is coordinated by Stockholm International Fairs, and the exhibitor fees are charged in Swedish krona. On February 18th 2008, the exchange rate was 1 EUR = 9.322 SEK, 1 SEK = 0.107 EUR.
The price for space rental is approx. 200 EUR / m2 (the exact price is 1845 SEK / m2). Space rental price includes stand space only.
In addition, an application fee of approx. 322 EUR (3000 SEK) is charged from each exhibitor / co-exhibitor. Swedish VAT 25% is added to the prices.

When you receive confirmation of your stand area order you will also be given login information, which you will need to enter the ordering process.

Co-exhibiting Companies
Are you more than one company working together on your stand? In that case we would ask you to register your co-exhibitors. For more information, see the application form. Only registered companies are allowed to exhibit at the exhibitions.
A registered co-exhibitor will get the same marketing opportunities and services as the main exhibitor. The co-exhibitor is listed in all exhibitor listings, including the printed fair catalogue. The co-exhibitor also gets the possibility to buy advertising space, use our press service, order tickets, get separate invoices etc.
Co-exhibitors only pay a participation fee of 3 000 SEK (approx. 324 EUR with the exchange rate of 26 November 2007).
