Nanotechnology for information and communications technology
This theme will consider the near and longer term effects of nanotechnology on electronics, from improved memory, screens and components, to fundamentally new paradigms such as molecular electronics and quantum information and communication.
This theme contains four sessions in addition to the plenary:
